Questions and answers

How do we start working together?

Describe the problem in the form or in five short questions. I'll reply with what can be done about it and suggest the next step.

What do the contract and payment look like?

I don't run a registered business, so contracts and billing go through Useme (useme.com). We write the scope, price and deadline into the offer, I set up the order in Useme based on it, and you get an invoice from Useme and pay through the platform. Useme concludes the contracts and handles the taxes, so everything is formally on paper.

What should I write in the first message?

A few sentences are enough: what you need and how it works today. You don't need to know the names of technologies or which solution to choose.

How much does it cost?

We agree the scope for each project separately, and the price follows from the scope. You can pay once or by subscription: a setup fee plus a monthly fee that covers hosting and maintenance. I describe what affects it in the guide to the cost of a website or an app.

Question 1 of 5

What would you most like to improve?

Pick the closest one. It doesn't have to fit perfectly.
