Business process automation
I automate tasks you do the same way every time: moving data, sending reminders, preparing reports. We start with one process, the one that takes the most time.
You are here: Process automation.
When does automation make sense?
- You retype the same data from emails, forms or spreadsheets.
- Someone sends reminders and confirmations by hand.
- Every week someone puts together the same report.
- The programs you use don't talk to each other.
What you get
- A description of the process before and after the change.
- A working automation that notifies you when something goes wrong.
- Connections between the programs you already use.
- Instructions: what the automation does and how to switch it off.
- Room to add more processes later.
What it looks like
A suggested process. We'll fit the details to the project. How I work
- 01Mapping the process
Step by step, the way it really runs, not the way it should.
- 02Choosing the steps
We automate only the steps that always look the same.
- 03Build and test
On test data, before the automation touches real data.
- 04Launch
We watch the first weeks and fix what needs fixing.
How much does automation cost?
The price depends on the number of steps and systems to connect, and on whether those systems allow integration. I quote the first process separately so the effect shows quickly.

Questions and answers
Don't see your question? Write to me.
Where should automation start?
With one process that repeats often, always looks the same and takes the most time. More in the guide to process automation.
What do you write automations in?
Python. The script runs on your server or computer and connects to the programs you use. When a ready-made tool such as Zapier or Make is enough, I'll tell you so. There's a comparison in the guide on choosing a way to automate.
Do I have to change the programs I use?
Usually not. First I check what your tools allow. Often it's enough to connect them.
What happens when the automation stops working?
I design it so that an error is visible: you get a notification and know what to check. I explain how it works at handover.
Which processes are easiest to automate?
The ones that look the same every time and rely on digital data: moving data between programs, reminders, reports.
Can the automation use AI?
Yes, where it genuinely helps, for example sorting messages or preparing drafts. I'll also tell you plainly where AI won't work.
