Websites, apps, automation and AI for companies Technology that stays with you.

I build websites, apps and automations. When off-the-shelf programs don't fit how a company works, I create its own tools and deploy them in the cloud or on your server.

One person, from conversation to codeThe same person agrees the scope and writes the solution.
In the cloud or at your placeWhere it runs follows from the requirements, not from fashion.
We start with one processThe one that takes the most time.

What takes up most of your time today?

Pick the sentence that sounds familiar.

Moving data automatically

Data from a form, an email or a spreadsheet can reach the place it's needed without manual copying. Fewer mistakes and fewer hours at the keyboard.

Connecting existing systems

I connect the programs you already use so they pass information to each other by themselves. Usually nothing needs replacing. First I check what your tools allow.

A simple app for your process

A spreadsheet that has outgrown itself can be replaced with a tool built around your work: with permissions, a change history and a clear view.

A website designed for your company

A website that says clearly what you do and makes it easy to get in touch. Designed for your company and its clients, not picked from a template catalogue.

AI help with repetitive correspondence

Where questions repeat, AI can prepare a draft reply or sort requests. The decision and the last word stay with a person.

A conversation to start

Describe the situation in your own words. We'll work out whether you need an automation, a website, a tool, or maybe something much simpler.

I design and build company websites, from a simple business card to a site with many subpages. It should be clear what you do, the site should load fast, and getting in touch with you should be easy.

Grzegorz Pawlak

InfinityInbay is one person. The same one talks to you and writes the code.

My name is Grzegorz Pawlak.

I start with what actually gets in the way of your work and only then choose the technology. Sometimes it's enough to connect two programs or tidy up a spreadsheet. If a simpler solution does the job, I suggest the simpler one.

The same goes for deployment. Whether a tool runs on your server or in the cloud follows from the requirements, not from fashion. At handover I explain how it works and what it takes to maintain it.

Part of my experience comes from my employment, working on software used inside companies. Such projects are clearly labelled in the portfolio.

More about me and the name

For your clientsWebsites and apps they use.

Not every tool has to run in someone else's cloud.

Where it makes sense, I design solutions that fit the way the company works, instead of forcing it into yet another off-the-shelf system.

In your company

Automations, software, AI and servers: what makes the team's work smoother.

Automations and integrations

less repetitive work

I automate tasks you do the same way every time: moving data, sending reminders, preparing reports. I also connect the programs you already use so they pass information to each other by themselves.

For example: enquiries from the form go straight to a spreadsheet and to email.

Business process automation

Custom software

built around your work

Small apps and internal dashboards, for example for bookings, handling requests or keeping records. They work where off-the-shelf programs are too generic or make you work their way.

For example: one panel for handling orders instead of messages in three messengers.

Custom software and internal tools

AI in the company

the data stays in the company

A language model running on the company's infrastructure: searching documents, drafting replies, sorting requests. I'll also tell you plainly where AI won't work.

For example: incoming messages are sorted in advance, and a person still makes the decision.

AI implementation on your own server

IT infrastructure

what everything else runs on

Servers, backups, access control and monitoring. I configure it, document it and hand it over so that it can be maintained, also without me.

For example: backups run by themselves, and restoring data from them is tested.

IT infrastructure and server administration

Where does your data go?

At your place, when it makes sense

Deploying on your own infrastructure can give more control over data, access and maintenance decisions. How much control you actually get depends on the execution and the care afterwards.

In every model

Your own server isn't secure by definition. Updates, backups, access control and monitoring are always needed.

How working together looks

The first half of the loop leads to launch, the second is what happens afterwards. We'll fit the details to the project.

  1. 01
ConversationYou know whether it's worth it

You tell me how you work today and what's in the way. After the conversation you know whether it can be solved and where to start. If it isn't worth it, you'll hear that too.

  2. 02
PlanYou know what will be built and for how much

Before I start building, you get the solution, scope, priorities and price in writing. We start with the version that solves the most important problem.

  3. 03
Build and testIt works before people see it

I build and check the solution on situations from your everyday work. I polish the details before the team sees it.

  4. 04
    DeploymentThe team starts using it

I prepare everything for everyday use and show how to use it. This is usually where a project ends. Here the loop goes on.

  5. 05
The first weeksFixes after meeting reality

Everyday work shows things that tests don't. I fix them before anyone starts working around them in their own way.

  6. 06
    GrowthIt grows with the company

When a new need appears, we don't start from scratch, just from the next conversation. The scope of ongoing care is agreed separately, if you need it.

Grzegorz PawlakAnswers to frequent questions

What does InfinityInbay do?

InfinityInbay is my brand. My name is Grzegorz Pawlak and I'm an independent software developer. I build websites, web and mobile apps, automations and internal tools, and I deploy AI and infrastructure on companies' servers.

Who do you work for?

Companies that want to bring order to their work or need a website or tool that fits the way they operate. You don't need to know whether you need an automation, a website or an app: describing the problem is enough.

Do you deploy in the cloud or on the company's server?

Both. Whether a tool runs on your server or in the cloud follows from the requirements, not from fashion.

How do we start working together?

Describe the problem in the form or in five short questions. I'll reply with what can be done about it and suggest the next step.

How much does it cost?

We agree the scope for each project separately, and the price follows from the scope. You can pay once or by subscription: a setup fee plus a monthly fee that covers hosting and maintenance. I describe what affects it in the guide to the cost of a website or an app.

Where are you based, and do you work remotely?

I live in Brwinów, near Warsaw. I can meet companies in Warsaw and the surrounding area, such as Pruszków, Grodzisk Mazowiecki or Milanówek, in person. With the rest of Poland and abroad I work remotely: calls, demos and deployments can all be done without travel.

Don't see your question?Write a message

Write or call.

You don't need to know whether you need an automation, a website or an app. Write what's causing trouble and I'll reply with what can be done about it.
