Website and online booking for clinics and service businesses
A clinic, salon or workshop earns on appointments and loses on missed calls and appointments nobody cancelled. A fast website that is easy to find in Google, online booking and automatic reminders solve most of these problems.

What usually gets in the way
The things I hear most often. If you recognise even two, it's worth talking.
- The phone rings during an appointment, and a missed call is often a lost client.
- Clients don't turn up and don't cancel, so the slots are wasted.
- The website is slow, out of date or has no prices, directions or opening hours.
- Bookings live in a notebook or a calendar only one person can access.
- The form collects health data or other sensitive information without much thought about who sees it.
What I can do
Each of these solutions can work on its own. We start with the one that gives the most.
A website that brings clients
Fast, easy to read on a phone, with prices, directions and opening hours, well described for Google and consistent with the business profile in Google Maps.
WebsitesOnline booking
A ready-made booking system if it fits (it often does), properly built into the website. A custom one only when the ready ones don't support the way you work.
Web and mobile appsText and email reminders
An automatic reminder the day before the appointment, with a link to confirm or cancel, so someone else can take the freed slot.
Process automationForms done right
Only the data that's needed, clear information about who will see it, and no unnecessary tracking scripts, so no cookie banner.
WebsitesWhat it can look like
A client finds the clinic in Google, sees the price list and free slots, and books an appointment on her phone in the evening. The day before she gets a text with a reminder and a link to cancel. If she cancels, the slot goes back into the calendar and someone from the waiting list can take it. This is an example, not a deployment at a specific client.
Where to start
A suggested process. We'll fit the details to the company. How I work
- 01Conversation
How many appointments are lost, where clients come from and what the current website lacks.
- 02Choosing the booking system
We check the ready-made booking systems. If one fits, we build it in instead of making our own.
- 03Website and reminders
A new or improved website, bookings and reminders working together.
- 04After launch
We check whether the number of no-shows has dropped and where bookings come from.
Questions and answers
Don't see your question? Write to me.
A ready-made booking system or a custom one?
Usually ready-made: it's cheaper, proven and comes with an app for clients. A custom one makes sense when you need something the ready ones don't do, for example an unusual schedule, an integration with your software or keeping the data yourself.
Does the website need a cookie banner?
No, if it doesn't use tracking tools. Visit statistics can be collected without cookies and without consent, and then a banner isn't needed.
Do text reminders really help?
A reminder the day before with an easy way to cancel means freed slots go back into the calendar instead of being wasted. The effect is best measured at your own business: how many appointments were lost before, and how many after.
How quickly will the website be ready?
It depends on the scope and on who prepares the content. I give the timeline after a conversation, together with the scope and price.
Clients call to book or to ask the same questions?
